2008-09 Plans

With a late election in 2007, ministries and agencies were not able to publish plans with the 2008-09 Budget.  Instead, agencies were guided by Ministers' mandate letters from the Premier, the election platform, direction from their Minister, and policy and financial priorities as presented in the 2008-09 Budget.

The 2008-09 Budget Summary, released with the Budget provided an overall framework for government activity in 2008-09.
