The Saskatchewan Advantage

Since the early 2000s, departments/ministries have been releasing plans with the provincial budget and reporting on results achieved, compared to those plans, in their annual report.  Ministries and agencies are required by the Government Organization Act and the Tabling of Documents Act, to table their annual reports in the Legislature and publicly release these reports within 120 days of the close of the fiscal year.

Premier Wall provided new Mandate Letters to his Cabinet Ministers in June 2010.
