    Did You Know? To encourage construction of new multi-unit rental housing projects, there is a corporate income tax rebate equal to 10 per cent of the rental income generated from newly constructed multi-unit rental projects, for a period of up to ten years. When combined with other housing initiatives, it’s expected to encourage the construction of an additional 10,000 new rental units in the province over the life of the program. Programs & Services
